I am impressed with PFCU. The main branch in Portland is large and offers all kinds of services from savings and checking accounts to loans. We have a savings account there and love the no fee and the competitive interest rate (it is small, but most savings accts don't offer interest at all anymore). The drive thru tellers are also very professional and courteous.
