They were supposed to have treated the area around my house when the landscaping was put in instead they called me over a year later to schedule the treatment. After the intial call I had to call them back 5 times to get them out to my home to do the treatment. I ultimately had to contact the builder before Porter's returned my call.

Cons: Extemely late on service, do not return customers calls
