I was shopping before finding pool covers inc , when I found them the service and excellent customer communication from the 1st phone call until the last cover install , has been as close to great as you could ask for , recently we had a fire and lost all ,Pool covers has responded to my needs ever so graciously and they will be installing my 3rd cover more

They had installed the cover for the previous owner on the house we purchased. I don't think the previous owner had taken good care of it, and when I found the receipt I gave them a call. They came out and cleaned, adjusted, and explained to us that like anything unless you know what you're doing you need to pay to have it maintained. They advised us to have someone come out once a year to do clean, check, and adjust everything. The last time I called them was a month or two ago. The adjustment was a little off, so I called them and they had someone come back out and re-adjust it. They are a great company and their customer service is to die for. more

Really worked with me on a large spa cover that was light-weight 2/11/2013

Pool Covers, Inc. came back and fixed something that was not to our satisfaction and that is important to me. We have a rather large spa and they made a cover for it that fit, but it was hard to lift easily because the spa is large so the cover was heavy. They continued to work for me until there was a final product I was satisfied with. I appreciate their efforts and am satisfied with the final cover. more

Great Experience 12/17/2012

I have an unusual situation, I am a property manager for eleven vacation homes. I do a lot of business with them. After I had talked to them a bit, I met them at their office. I rent high-end vacation homes to clients, and they need everything to work perfectly. Pool Covers, Inc tailored a program to meet my needs, for a very reasonable rate and giving priority to my needs. I advise potential customers to follow through with the maintenance suggested by Pool Covers, Inc. The pool cover mechanism is very complex and is exposed to the elements. They can not be expected to function with out maintenance. So when they suggest maintenance, please get it. more

Good service. Could improve communications. 11/28/2012

It can be frustrating sometimes because it seems like communication is not very good in their company. Sometimes it takes multiple request to get things done. I think Pool Covers, Inc. does a great job when they are out their, but they could improve customer service and communication. more

No complaints, courteous, reasonable in their pricing. 10/11/2012

Pool Covers are very professional, and always on time for repairs. They came the same day when I needed my pool closed for security. The workmen were professional and courteous. The field rep helped me get a new cover and motor, he was also very professional. I like their business, I have been with them since I got my pool. more

Amazing. 9/14/2012

It was an amazing experience. Pool Covers, Inc. had to customize a lot of the panels around a kidney shaped pool and up along a retaining wall. They did a good job. Both workers were polite, respectful, and hard working. They never stopped working while they were here. They got here at 9 am, completed the job at 7 pm, and were just a pleasure to work with. more

Pool Covers Inc. indicated to me what they would do, they did it in a timely fashion, and charged what they said they would charge. They also came up with some new packages, I used to have to pay in the spring but they changed that to spread things out. They are very sensitive to find new ways to please the customer. more

Efficient, fantastic service we've used for 20+ years 5/14/2012

I have used them since 1989 and then they have always responded quickly and efficiently. This last time I had a problem with my skimmer and they had to move the tracks for my cover and they had to shift the cover about an inch over and they did it fantastically. They are reasonably priced and efficient. I have always had good people come out and I only had to wait once in 1989 after the big earth quake-just like everyone else. more

Reliable service from them for 14 years 3/22/2012

I have been using Pool Covers for about 14 years now, since they first installed my pool cover. They come out and check on it every year to repair any weathering and are very reliable. We have had a few unexpected damages to our covering, one being an umbrella blowing off into and impaling the pool cover. Pool Covers, Inc. came out the very next day to repair it. They have always been very respoonsive and we have kids and so whenever we have events where kids are going to be running around our backyard we can rely on them to fortify the cover. They have a quick response, whether its to fix a leak, jam, or just for maintenance. They are reasonably priced for the services too, when the umbrella put a gaping hole in the cover they repaired it for under 100 dollars! Excellent service. more

Need a pool cover , call them 2/9/2012

We needed a pool cover and a neighbor told us about this company. He said they were prompt with service and when they came out to do service they answered any of his questions and explained what they were doing and why. We called them and they came out and wrote an estimate, brought us brochures and fabric samples and the salesman really knew his craft. I was most impressed by the customer service, and when we considered how we were treated by everyone we spoke to at Pool Covers Inc., we decided to get the cover there. We have been buying our covers from them for over 20 years and I recommend them to everyone I know who needs a pool cover. So if you need a swimming pool cover, call them. more
