Ponderosa is a favorite of mine to take my children to. It is a good place to teach them how to properly behave in a restaurant.
On Thursday night they had Asian Buffet night. Although my family does not like asian or oriental type foods, the buffet did not really change much from the normal buffet they serve. The did have a few dishes that were asian type foods which tasted very good. Their sweet and sour ham was the best.
Maybe it was due to the fact that I wore my Judy's book t-shirt, but we had the best service ever tonight. Our glasses were kept full without looking for a waitress, and our empty plates were removed from the table before we even started piling them. The waitress had served us with a huge smile and cheery attitude which made our experience tonight just tremendous.
The serve food like chicken wings, make your own tacos, soups, salads, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, corn, carrots, and many other items on their buffet. They even have an all you can eat desert bar that comes with your meal.
