Overcharged from the estimate and would not expain why the difference in price from what I was quoted. They also left my rims scratched up and could not explain that either. I will not use them again and it is sad because my previous experience had been fair. They charged way more and when pressed would not lower to the quote. more

BUYER BEWARE 11/19/2010

Midtown Tires has cost my company money on many occasions. In May of 2010 I had them put a set of four tires on my vehicle and then left for the weekend. The vehicle vibrated so badly that I had to stop my trip short and have it serviced at another tire dealer in Iowa. Diagnosis - Midtown was too incompentant to balance any of the new tires.\r \r On another vehicle they could not diagnose the problem yet another Firestone store was able to diagnose the problem free of charge - result - two sets of tires worn out prematurely and needlessly. more

Midtown 9/9/2005

Midtown is an auto repair shop. I recommend their service because they are so reasonably priced compared to anywhere else in the city. One place had said it would cost me almost $600 to fix a problem, but Midtown offered to fix the same problem for a little over $200. They have reliable mechanics and they are very friendly and have great customer service. They are more than happy to answer any questions you may have and will also make sure you make it work, and back to pick up your car more
