We took our Maltese there for almost 7 years. He passed about 12 years ago. We took him to PetSmart because Plush Puppy was closed and he was in desperate need of grooming. He caught a disease where he lost his fur and his skin was covered in itchy scabs. It was for his own good to put him down. He was miserable on every prescription we tried. We now have been taking our Yorkshire Terrier there for almost 12 years and not once have to ever have a problem. The workers are always kind and quick. Never bad service! more

Cut my dogs eye and took no responsiblity! 2/15/2012

They cut my dog's eye and told he must have hit it on the cage. I took him to an emergency vet that told me his eye was sliced by a sharp object (i.e, scissors). When I went back to be compensated or reimbursed they took no responsibilty and acted like nothing was there fault. IIn fact, the never returned my call to discuss the incident. They simpy don't care about animals and are unprofessional! more

Horrible!!!!! 7/22/2011

I took my yorkie there for the first time and I am pissed!! They didn't follow my instructions at all. Her hair cut is too short,choppy and un even. Lola now looks like the dog from the mask. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS THERE!!! more

Grooming at it's best! 12/1/2005

I highly recommend Plush Puppy for all your grooming needs. They do dogs and cats. I take my cat there to be groomed every 3 months. They take their time and make sure you, as a customer, is satisfied. My cat doesn't mind going there either. He used to hiss whenever i took him to the other place, but he's a happy kitty to go to Plush Puppy. They even tie a bow with seasonal colored ribbon to complete his new do. more
