More than once I have thought of leaving this practice because of the rude and incompetent receptionist/front desk. But I really like the PA-C Lindsey Kruk and she keeps me coming...

OFFICE STAFF RUDE 7/30/2010

I spoke with the staff of this office and felt as though they just wanted to argue with me, I can not believe they are employed by a healthcare organization. When I asked for the office mananger I was told that there was not one. I do believe one is needed at this office. The staff in this office should re-evaluate the positions that they hold. Health CARE!!?? more

Rude Staff 7/26/2010

When going to this facility, you will find out after youre experience that the staff is rude as anything else and they live up to the sterotype of there just for the paycheck. The Doc's on the otherhand are awesome to work with and talk to and take the time to listen to you. See if the staff was just like the docs than this would be the perfect place to go to when you need assistance with your health. more

Dr.'s may be nice...office staff, rude, nasty, phone system terrible...but they are like all the others...it's a shame we aren't treated like we HAVE to treat REAL customers...then they would learn to be nicer.... more

It's about time! 3/23/2009

Finally! I don't feel like I'm treated like a number! P.A. Roy Rotherberg really takes his time to make sure you're taken care of and that you understand things. I appreciate that he listens also and doesn't just try to get me out the door. Very pleased. Our whole family and many of our extended family have now transferred to this practice and are most pleased. He found a heart issue that my grandfather had that the cardiologist missed. I don't know what I'd do without Mr. Rothenberg! more

good physician 12/10/2005

I am happy to say i like my doctor at plumtree. Dr Knight did his residency at the hospital i work at and is now practicing. He has been in practice 10+ years. He is a kind and caring physician. Sometimes it is hard to get an appointment with him...and if you need a physical, make your appointment months in advance. They have PAs at the office if you need to be seen in an emergency. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a physcian more
