Plumbline Services is an unethical and dishonest company that takes \r \r advantage of people in a vulnerable situation. During a water damage \r \r restoration in my brother's home, they charged $800 to replace two \r \r measly supply valves for a kitchen sink which took no more than 10 \r \r minutes. The water damage crew needed the water to be turned on in the \r \r house to efficiently continue their operation. So, that had to be \r \r resolved as soon as possible. Plumbline Services exploited this \r \r situation. They refused to even vaguely indicate what the charges \r \r might be before dispatching a technician (which costs over $40). Don't \r \r get scammed by this shadetree operation. more

Great service, reasonably priced, friendly professionals. Jace came over and provided an electrical review of our house. He did a thorough job and then discussed his findings and provided a lot of great information - including some things that other professionals have missed. He explained things we didn't quite understand - as well as the purpose of each proposed improvement. We decided on the things we wanted to have done and were able to schedule an appointment soon after. Jace did a great job, was very efficient and was friendly and professional. I think we've found our new electrician! We will definitely call Plumbline in the future and highly recommend Jace to others with electrical issues. more

Joe L. did a great job for us. Our issue with out sump pump was a relatively easy fix and Joe did just that. We were not subjected to some scare tactic making us feel that the problem was bigger than it was. He took the time to fix it and do it right. He was attentive to cleanliness in the home and most respectful and professional. Heaven for bid, should we have further issues in the future, I would use him again. more

Steve from Plumbline was great! We had tough-to-diagnose furnace issues but he was always ready and able to come to our aid and fix the problem. I recommend Plumbline whenever someone asks if I know a reputable, reliable company for sewer, electric, or furnace issues. more

We use Jerry Carico as often as possible in our building because of his extensive plumbing knowledge. He always knows exactly what's wrong and repairs the problem with no hesitation. In fact, many of our residents request Jerry for their personal plumbing issues. Our building is 16 floors with 148 units and Jerry is always our first request when we need plumbing service. more

Plumbline services did a great job helping me with a VERY leaky kitchen faucet and totally broken garbage disposal. Glenn was courteous, knowledgeable and professional and I would not hesitate to use their services again. I also appreciate that the company calls me to let me know when the service person is on his/her way and gives me that person's name ahead of time. I would definitely recommend them. more

Mike E. came to my home and promptly cleared my drain. There was a clog at 40'. He conducted himself in a more-than-professional manner. He was friendly, charming, clean, precise, efficient. He not only cleaned up after himself, but cleaned, rinsed and hand-dried the tub I had under the sink to catch the over-flow! I can't recommend Mike E. and this company highly enough. more

Billy Tanner, Daniel, Luis, Eric and one other guy (can't remember his name) were fantastic and professional. They did a partial sewer line replacement and installed clean outs in our yard. They were very fast and didn't tear up our whole yard. I was worried about our big tree and they were careful not to injure it in anyway. They repaired the sprinkler line too. I appreciated the time Billy took to explain everything and I appreciated Daniel and his crew doing such a great job. more

I had sewer problems, they arrived and figured out the problem. I especially liked the ironed white shirts and clean cut guys who did not look like they were going to do sewer line clearing. After the work was done, the floor was disinfected. They even brought their own rug and hand towels to clean-up. \r They came back in a reasonable time and repaired the sewer. They had to dig up my sewer and when they left, all the dirt was cleaned up and grass still looked good, other than the hole that was dug. They cleanup up my backyard to perfection, and the team was especially professional and friendly. very good experience more

Horrible experience - my water heater 6/11/2012

Horrible experience - my water heater broke 9 months ago and althought it was under warranty via the home warranty, these guys still charged me more than $1000 just to replace the heater - what a rip off. Fast forward 9 months, there is water all over my basement floor and it turns out these guys incorrectly installed it - but won't take responsiblity for it. What a terrible experience and disreputable company. more

Had a new laundry faucet and sink put 6/5/2012

Had a new laundry faucet and sink put in by Jeff D. He did a great job, was friendly, curtious, and cleaned up his mess. We were satisfied with the work he did and recommend him to anyone needing a plumber. Although, Plumbline's prices are getting on the high end. Dont look for a cheap fix with them. more

Cleared a very deep sink clog for 99 bucks and were clean, fast and friendly. I was so pleased with the service I'll recommend them to everyone! more
