Plaza Apartments

This place is just downright horrible! I have lived here for 3 years and this place gets worse every year. I am finally moving out!! The neighborhood is not safe at all! The playground they advertise on there website is not even theirs. Its a community playground. The walls in the apartment are so thin you can here everything going on in the next apartment and downstairs. The walls have been painted over so many times they are starting to split. The bathtub is just gross! Maintenance takes at least 2 days to respond. Parking is basically on a first come first serve basis. Despite the decal controlled parking, you still have to park on the street. In the last week I have had to park on the street 5 times. And people damage your vehicles. I have had at least 5 claims on my insurance policy because of damages done to my car in the parking lot. The pool is gross! And when maintenance enters your apartment to fix something, they often forget to relock the door. I have found this 3 times in the last 3 months. This place is just horrible!!! more

I have been living here for almost a year and i am ready to move out. This area is not safe for young kids and growing families. I have seen personally cop chases from my back patio, and people being jumped. The apartment it self is filthy, the stove and bath tub are painted over all the dirt. It is like they dont even come clean then paint for the new residents. The carpets seem new but are very cheap, when you vaccuum big clumps of loose carpet come up. The paint on the walls is poorly done, the outlets are falling apart or when you go to plug something in for the first time they come out of the wall. The parking in this area is monitored very well, you have a decal for your car but keep in mind if you forget to display your decal you will be towed and it cost you $125 to get your vehicle back. Those who visit can not park in the parking lot they have to park on the side streets. There are no washer and dyers in the apartments they have in your building one washer and dryer for 8 apartments to share. Cons: Good Luck!!! more
