Happy Customer!! 3/13/2011

Just got my car back a few hours ago, and I've gotta say I AM VERY IMPRESSED!!! I also met and spoke with that manager mentioned in the other review and he was very kind to me. The guy stayed almost an hour past closing on a week end to take care of my car. I will, with out a doubt, use them again in the future. THANKS GUYS!! more

Plaza Manager MEAN 11/18/2005

I stopped in one day to buy some tires. The manager looked at me like I was stupid and told me to wait in line. While I was waiting I went out to my car to get some brochures that I was passing out for a local charity. I asked if I could leave the brochures and the manager said no. So I decided to buy my tires from Plaza Tire in Crystal City, where Steve the manager said yes. Worth the extra 20 minute drive. See my review for Plaza Tire in Crystal City. more

Great Service 11/18/2005

This place is great- especially with their new location. The staff is always very knowledgeable and never pushy. They also offer a credit option if you want to open a credit card through them. You definitely have to set up an appointement because they have gotten very busy. more

At the Plaze Tire, I have had nothing but the best service and customer service. I am always feeling that I was well taken care of and never taken advantage of. The sell me what I need and only what I need. more
