I have been shopping at Plaza Flowers for over 10 years. They never disappoint. I love their carry-out rose specials that run often. When I can't get to the store, I order online, the web site is great and someone always confirms my order right away. I also get an email after the driver delivers the flowers. Their flowers last a long time and their gift baskets are fabulous! A+ more

expensive and horrible customer service 3/11/2011

We just had the most horrible experience dealing with Plaza flowers.\r \r I was reading online and calling local florists to use for our wedding and ended up trying Plaza flowers since it's close to my wife's house. We ordered boutonnieres, corsages and the 3 bouquets (we tried to make everything small and budgeted). My wife was so pretty on our wedding day, everybody looks good but the FLOWERS? I was like you paid how much for those bouquets? The roses doesn't look nice and they cheated on the counts. The 2 bouquets had 9 and 11 roses instead of 12. Our photographer didn't even use the bride's bouquet and used what my mother in law made because it looks better!\r \r I was infuriated to the fact that these people were charging $10 for low quality roses ( I bought the centerpieces and other flowers from my local Shoprite florist in Williamstown, NJ and I was wowed by their flower arrangements and saved us some money too! Not the best flower shop 11/18/2008

Plaza flowers made bouquet arrangements for a wedding I was in. I'm not sure exactly if it was them or that's what she had ordered but the colors of the flowers just didn't seem to look right to me. It was also very expensive compared to other flower shops. more
