I wish I could give ZERO stars to this piece of dump. I went with my family (a party of nine) In a Monday, after registering with the hostess, we sat at the bar and ordered some beers. We had to wait for an hour to be seated, ONE HOUR IN A MONDAY!!!\r the bar was empty but apparently they didn't have enough staff to cover the night. finally when we were seated, the real mess started. we ordered the food (mostly hamburgers and fries) and after a while the waitress came to tell us that they didn't have burgers that night. we decided for something else and some more beers (BTW, they just have like six different types, very lame for a "so called" Irish Pub) we waited one hour, yes ONE HOUR, until the waitress came and brought one sandwich and french fries (disgusting fries by the way) the other eight had to wait for about 20 more minutes to be told a bunch of excuses about the lateness of our food. finally the manager came to give his face, but came with attitude and some more stupid excuses. when we asked an explanation, he gave us his back and walked away. is this the way a MANAGER should handle a situation like that? been rude and behaving like a complete idiot? I hope the owners of this place read the reviews of this place because sooner than later they will face tough times.\r IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED AS YOU DESERVE... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! more

Went there on a Sunday lunch because wanted to try their fish & chips. First clue should have been that it was almost empty (6 diners in a huge restaurant) - other restaurants in the complex had lots of customers. Tried the fish&chips - fish was obviously frozen but batter and taste were OK. Chips looked very unappealing - if you can't get chips (fries) correct then you have a real problem. Also tried the potato and leek soup which was actually revolting. Glop of something with a really weird taste. Also tried corned beef sandwich - pretty stringy. Called the attention of a manager - and he clearly saw me and walked towards table then disappeared. Never came back while we were there. We live locally and were looking forward to a nice Irish or British restaurant in the area - this is clearly not it as far as we are concerned. We will not be returning, except to see what restaurant will be inevitably replacing it more

I did put that I liked this place because the food was good. However, the service was horrible and this ruined the overall dining experience. We walked into a virtually empty restaurant. There are multiple doors to enter and no signage referencing "wait to be seated" or "seat yourself" and employees who could care less if you walk around the place looking lost. We finally walked to another door which might have been the main entrance, but two female servers were talking to two guys and were oblivious to anything going on around them. We finally made eye contact with one of them and asked if we seat ourselves. She replied, "pick a table and I will follow you." We should not have even stayed at that point, but we were starving and there are not many other options in that center.\r \r We sat down and ordered drinks. My friend ordered a vodka and sprite and she brings back a vodka and cranberry. WHAT!? He decided to take it. I ordered a strongbow draft ($6.00). I asked her about the completeness of the menu because the one online had more items. She said this location has a smaller menu than the South Beach one. She also stated that they did have corned beef and cabbage, irish stew, and corned beef sandwich but it was not on the menu.\r \r My friend ordered the irish stew and loved it. I wanted the corned beef sandwich, but she could not tell me anything about it (what was on it, what type of bread it came on, etc). I requested she ask someone else and she did. I ordered the potato and leek soup ($4.00) and the corned beef sandwich with french fries. I do give credit where credit is due. The soup was spectacular - a large bowl served piping hot with two large rolls. It was very flavorful. The corned beer sandwich also was very tasty and the fries were fresh and delicious.\r \r The ambiance is nice - a more upscale irish pub feel with uncomfortable chairs. If this restaurant works on some service guidelines, it could be fabulous for both food and overall experience. more
