I have nothing but good and positive things to say about Play it again sports! I have been a loyal customer for over 3 yrs. and have bought about $ 6,000 worth of equipment from them, and will always return for my fitness equip. needs. The owner Billy, and my service tech Ryan have been awesome, attending all of my needs. Ryan travels 1 1/2 hrs to get to my home to do any service or repair, or to deliver any new piece of equip. I might want, whenever I want, and the quality of the equip. and the service cannot be compared! So, If you're really serious about your health and exercise, theser are the guys to see, but if you're still a pansey and like sitting on the couch instead then go to LAZYBOY furniture store. I use Play It Again when I need to purchase some new sport equipment. It is definitely one of those stores where you walk in desiring one type of equipment and walk out with it and two additional pieces of sports equipment. It?s a great little store in the Santa Rosa area. more

Santa Rosa has this great little sporting goods store by the name of Play It Again. It is an affordable alternative to those big name sporting goods store and the staff are wonderful and friendly. more

Visited while shopping for a treadmill. Outdoor banner advertised a treadmill sale. Young clean-cut salesman immediately directed wife and me to new $900 machine he claimed was a great deal, a top home model with great warranty, yet a brand we never heard of. He seemed knowledgeable, telling us the machine was just discontinued because manufacturer was moving into higher end commercial gym market. His store supposedly bought last three machines available from manufacturer and would sell out that weekend. Sign was labeled $300 off MSRP and we happened to walk in same day he was allowed to take another $100 off! He even offered to hold a credit card reservation until 6 PM so we wouldn't miss out. Sounded great, but we're not stupid. We left to verify this machine, brand and price elsewhere. \r \r Turns out this store in Santa Rosa was actually selling it for $300 MORE than other Play It Again Sports stores. The MSRP was not $300 higher as they claimed, it was exactly the same as their ""discount price"" including extra $100 off. The total $400 discount was a COMPLETE SCAM. Moreover, the treadmill manufacturer (Keys Fitness) had recently filed for bankruptcy so the manufacturer warranty was void. Cons: Questionable pricing and brand recommendation more
