The receptionist made me feel welcome from the moment I entered the building. She apologized that the audiologist was taking so long (he was very quick in my opinion). He was friendly. When I sat in the sound booth, I asked if he had to shut the door. He said if I was claustrophobic, he could leave a little space and not close it all the way. That was great. His explanation of the test results were clear. I would go again and I would recommend them to anybody who asked me.
