I have been going to Jen for haircuts and Wells for highlights for over 3 years. They are both wonderful and I am happy everytime with my hair.

A colleague recommended Planet 21at The Fountains and it was a good find. Multiple talented stylists and colorists there - and the atmosphere is always pleasant. High energy salon with attention to cleanliness and personal service. The staff never fails to offer a beverage, and always keeps the chocolate bowl full!! One of the best surprises has turned out to be the ability to book an appointment at my time of preference with only 1-2 week's notice. I no longer feel like my hair appointments are governing my schedule. more

I do have to say I have been going to Crystal for so long it is like a therapy session when I am with her and I love it!! more

Actually I go to the salon in the Arboretum because of the friendly and professional atmosphere and the best hair cuts ever. Char is not only a great stylist, she makes you feel special......I look forward to my time with Char and Planet 21. Jane more

I love going there...the atmosphere is excellant and the staff is wonderful and polite...Miha does a great cut and is so pleasnat...Calli does my hi lites and she is excellant.....wouldnt go anywhere else...its a greta experience there.....thank you to the staff.... more

Love Planet 21 6/28/2011

My cut with Miha is always fanatastic. She offers great ideas, which isn't always easy with the stick straight , fine hair I have. Wells and Mandy are the best colorists for highlights. I won't go anywhere else! Very fun and upbeat atmosphere. They always offer a soda, water, coffee or wine while getting a service done too :) more

Calli the Great (color specialist) 6/15/2011

Calli is just awesome. I had been light for years and as I aged it was washing me out. She convinced me to go dark and EVERYONE loves it. Thanks Calli, You Rock! more

My colorist is Maggie and she is very talented, creative, and is consistent with her technique. I have been very pleased with the results everytime I have had her color my hair. more

Review for Planet 21 5/24/2011

I have been to several salons in Charlotte over the years and none compare to Planet 21!. All the colorists and stylists are very professional and courteous. They also have the most innovative products and treatments available. Because of my busy schedule, I sometimes call at the last minute and know that whoever I get will still do an incredible job of either coloring or cutting. I would recommended them to anyone looking for a new salon hands down!! more

Mandi and Jen - Great work 5/19/2011

I would have to say after trying a handful of colorist around town I have finally found a GREAT one. Mandi does the best highlights. I have always been happy with the outcome. I follow up my color with a cut from Jen who is very good and would highly recommend her. more

Great Salon 5/15/2011

Jen has been cutting my hair at Planet 21 at the Fountains for a couple of years now and she is awesome! She was able to ""fix"" a previous issue with a cut and is always honest and straightforward about what she thinks will look good or not so good on you. I have loved my hair since she has been cutting it and am never disappointed with my experience. more

THE BEST SALON 5/9/2011

This salon is by far the best place to get your hair done. I have received both color and cuts from their stylists, and I HIGHLY recommend going here. There colorists are very skilled at what they do, and it always looks great. No matter who you go to, you will be satisfied. I tell everyone that needs a good salon to go to Planet 21. I am never disappointed leaving Planet 21 :) more

Hair Color with Kelsie 4/11/2011

I've been going to Planet 21 for almost 10 years, first at the Arboretum then at their Ardrey Kell Location. With recent opening of the Fountains location off of South Blvd, i have started having my color done by Kelsie there. Service is always terrific and the outcome consistently great! and the location is right around the corner from work! more

When you choose a hair salon you want true professionals and that is EXACTLY what you get at Planet 21. When you enter the salon you're greeted by big smiles from Kat and Jodie and they make you feel that they are genuinely happy to see you. NOTHING is too much trouble for them to do for you. more

Best Salon EVER!! 3/27/2011

I have absolutely fallen in love with Planet 21 Salon. They do a phenomenal job! I have a wonderful hairdresser named Jen, who always does a perfect job on my hair. I am such a picky person when dealing with my hair, and Jen continues to blow me away each time. She is definitely someone you can trust. If you go to Planet 21, you should definitely request Jen...she NEVER lets you down. And she is such a doll to talk to! :) more

I love planet 21. Everyone makes me feel very welcome when I walk in. Jodi Rickard is always so nice to me and gives me great advice as to what cut looks best on me. She rocks...and I look forward to seeing her every time I have an appointment. more
