Ordered. Within 30 seconds I saw that I had missed one digit on the address. I Called. A man who could not speak English kept asking me what kind of pizza I wanted, I kept trying to explain I had already ordered and that I needed to change the address, once he heard grubhub he hung up on me. I had grubhub change the address, grub called 15 minutes later and told me they had fixed it. The place called me again, requiring me to respell everything, and give cross streets.
5:45PM
The food still hadn't come.
I finally had enough at 5:55PM and called up the store to cancel my order, another person in broken english who tried to refuse to cancel my order and said they couldn't contact the driver who was "on his way". Yep, not only does this place not use GPS or Google Maps, but their drivers don't even carry cellphones. About 5 minutes of arguing with the person, and I finally hung up.
Finally, Grubhub canceled it for me.
TL:DR 2 hours for my food to be "on its way".
