I ordered at 4 oclock was told the order would be less than an hour. 2 hours later when i had not received it, i called back the manager that was on location said it was on it's way and apologized for the wait. Then i waited another hour and half before the guy showed. It was 7:30, 3 1/2 hours. ridiculous. When we finally recieved it, it was cold and seemed to have been reheated at some point since much of the cheese had run off the sides of the pizza and the top of the pasta was burned. I have been a long time pizza hut customer, there are two locations in my city a dine in restuarant which has great food and great service and a carry out delivery store which the wait time is always over 2 hours everytime we call, the service sucks, the employees are rude and drivers are disgusting, they came to the door smoking for crying out loud. The 6th street location in junction city kansas has to be the WORST pizza hut in the whole damn country and I will NEVER order from there again.
