Pismo Beach Dive Shop

Great shop! Went on a kayak tour with the owner and we had a great time! We got to see a lot of sea life, and went through some really cool caves. The prices were very reasonable and included everything we needed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to have a fun time!! more

If you are wanting to dive the San Luis Obispo coastal area be sure to check with Bill first as he can tell you where to go and when to go. He carries a nice line of SCUBA equipment and is honest and fair. I thnk that aviatorlover may have since realized once SCUBA eqipment is used it cannot be returned unless there is a defect. Heck, we all have equipment that was purchased and either it did not work for us or we found something that worked better. Pros: Great Service Good Location more

Unlike aviator lover our experience was excellent. We booked six kayaks for a tour of the dinosaur caves. The equipment was great - in good condition and clean. The tour was guided by the very competent store owner who went out of his way to take care of a couple of our party who wanted out of the water early. We had a great time at a reasonable price and felt well cared for throughout. Pros: Great Service more

I and a classmate bought equipment here, and it didn't fit for either of us and it cost us plenty! I tried to return my unused mask and snorkel, totaling over a $100 and he told me he had a ""no return policy"". He said it was posted at his register but I never saw it and he never brought it up when I was buying. My classmate bought a pair of fins that once she tried them in the water were sorely ill-fit. She asked to exchange them for a pair that did fit and he told her they fit fine and would not exchange them. We are both new to SCUBA and this was our first experience buying equipment. Also, his store is unorganized and dirty. He only stocks particular equipment that he likes to use therefore the selection is limited. If you are going to buy anything at this shop be sure you already know the fit you need and be sure you want to spend the money. You won't get your money back if you change your mind!
