I don't get much seafood (I live with a meat n' potatoes family), so my fiance and I opted to stop by for a guilty-pleasure excursion.\r

The atmosphere was initially pleasant; quiet dining, clean tables, and pirate-themed decor lightly peppered on the walls. Only the kitchen looked filthy, which suprised me; I've worked at several restaurants, and it's not hard to keep such a tiny kitchen at least *marginally* clean! There were dried liquids on the kitchen floor, along with crumbs, dirt, and smudges on the floor, walls, and ceiling. There is no door on the kitchen, so I heard obnoxious, family unfriendly banter between the workers, and I saw them *playing* with the food they were preparing by tossing it at each other!\r

The food was average, though there was a bit of variety on the menu.\r

What I cannot abide is the rudeness of the employees. I brought my fiance along - he didn't like seafood, but we ordered take-out on the way to some errands - and our server was obnoxiously rude. He called my fiance something inappropriate (Citysearch is blocking the word, it's not a curse word) for not eating in his restaurant! We were just sitting there, talking about what errands we were going to run. My fiance politely declined a menu, saying ""Seafood isn't my cup of tea,"" to which the server responded by insulting him!\r

I do not know if that man was having a bad day, but there is no excuse to say such things to complete strangers. Whatever the case, I am not returning again, and I am going to tell everyone I meet *never* to eat there, because the workers are snotty and rude, and the kitchen is dirty; which equals questionable hygeine.
Pros: Variety, parking
Cons: Bad service, rude employees, bad hygeine
