Service Department is The Best 1/4/2012

This is by far the best service department I have ever dealt with. They treat you like you are very important and the guys onthe front service desk are very friendly and helpful. The prices are fair and in most cases alot less than the other shops in the area. If you are looking to be treated with respect than go to Piehler Buick and you will be a happy customer. New Car Purchase went well 10/18/2010

If you are a car guy you will dig this place. Anyway, looked at my car and made some suggestions. I really didn't have the cash to do all the repairs. He told me the ones that were necessary and did just those. All in all it ended up being pretty reasonable. Will definitely bring the car back when I can finally get the other stuff done more

Pushy Sales People 11/8/2005

I went here while I was looking to buy a new car. The salesperson that I was talking to was very pushy, to point that he made me feel uncomfortable. I did not feel like he really cared about what I wanted, he just wanted to make a sale for himself. I would not go back based on the way I was treated. Their prices were decent though. more
