Communicated about what was needed was provided and done efficiently. I needed a new battery and had to pay a higher price for one because of limited stock. I also needed a tire patch and even though my tire was worn they didn't try to sell me a new one. Customer service is great.
the only negative is the car door on the outside and inside, as well as the steering wheel were full of white chalky dirt and had to get them to clean it before I could leave, which they gladly did--they just need to check the car out before they say its ready
