Picture Us Portraits

Yeah, I took my kids there about a year ago, ashley did an amazing job! I go back 2 months ago, TERRIBLE! WTHECK? Also, I paid about $150.00 a year ago with ashley for some awesome pics, and allot for the price, now.. I get CRAP for $200??????? I left after I saw the images on the makeshift computer set-up. SO DISAPPOINTED! the lady was nice and all, but she sucked. what can I say? no ashley, no business. Good Luck Shady Guy! more

I can't believe this place has a good review. We used it thinking it was a different and better place that was actually no longer at the mall, and there was one good review. We were suckers. They have a huge storefront with almost nothing in it. A few wrinkled backdrops, chairs and kids props that look like they are from a rummage sale. Our photographer tried hard, but most of our shots had blurry parts or the lighting was off. Sure enough, waited 2 weeks to find out our prints were horrible and the owner had all kinds of excuses and offered to re-do them for half price. We went in with our CRAZY 3 kids, thinking we were destined to fail. Not the case, Ashley made the kids happy right away. She also told me and my wife to relax, which was great considering the circumstances. Once we were relaxed, the rest was cake. Our pictures are the best ever. For the price, you cant really beat it.
