Pickwick Inn Is A Family Restaurant Located Across From The Historic Pickwick Mill In Winona, Minnesota
The Mill Itself Is More Than 100 Years Old And Is Six Stories Tall. Before There Was Automotive Transportation, Pickwick Inn Was Also A Hotel For Farmers To Stay When They Came To Grind Their Feed At The Mill. The Mill Is Currently Being Restored, But Tours Can Still Witness Demonstrations Of How The Mill Once Operated During The Months From May And September.
A Fire Gutted The Original Hotel And It Was Rebuilt As A Store. It Later Became A Bar And Eventually The Restaurant That It Is Now. Today, Pickwick Inn Caters To Customers Looking For A Nice, Family Dinner As Well As Groups Of People Who Tour The Mill Wanting A Great Place To Eat Lunch. We Are Also Available For Wedding Parties Who Are Interested In Booking The Entire Facility As Their Reception Venue.
