From the moment I entered the dealership I found a friendly, no pressure environment. I worked with Jonathan in sales and Andrea in financing, I got a very fair deal on my trade in, $2000 more than another dealership and got a very fair deal as far as interest rate and price. The GTI I purchased was handed to me in mint condition with a full tank of gas and rubber mats. I will be using this dealership for my next purchase and would recommend them. more

Regarding the superb service I received at Ardmore Volkswagen. My sales consultant, Sue Choi. Sue's warm character and personality was one of the top reasons why I settled on Piazza Volkswagen of Ardmore. My first priority was safety, followed by brand reliability and a ticket price that would work with my budget. On a hunch I found Piazza VW's website and decided to reach out to an agent via email. I didn't expect a rapid reply since I sent the message after 10PM. However, Sue responded, and kept in contact with me until we met the next day. From the time that Sue and I sat down, discussed the options and took a test drive, I was more than pleased and relaxed. Although, I had secured financing through my credit union, Sue was able to get me a lower APR through Volkswagen's banking services. Without a moment's notice, Sue was busy contacting my insurance company and finalizing paperwork with Ms. Andrea Gibson, the business manager. Sue informed me that my car was filled with gas and cleaned for me to take home. The timeliness and attention to detail was genuinely superb.
