After waiting an hour an a half in the waiting room, I was moved to another room to be evaluated. I waited there for another 15 minutes. The PT did a 5 minute assessment and had me lie face down while I awaited treatment. I was in extreme pain and lying face down was excruciating. Finally about 15 minutes later, someone came in and put a heating pad on my back. Then the PT did a 5 minute massage and my appointment was over. She did not help me at all. She didn't come up with a treatment plan nor make any recommendations. It was a complete waste of time and money. more
