Myself and my entire family have always liked Dr. Phillips immensely and have gone to her with every problem imaginable. She's very experienced in many things, and was even in the army in the past.
What really sells me though is her bedside manner. She's very nice and explains to you what she's about to do BEFORE she does it so there's no surprises. She asks a lot of questions and really listens to what you have to say.
She also presents you with treatment options & lets you guide your own treatment, which I like. My father dislikes going to Dr.'s immensely but he's totally at ease with her. Since I've seen her myself also, I understand his confidence in her & can highly recommend her for adults or children & all practical purposes.
Office charges are pretty much standard for the area & her office takes most insurances, HMO's, PPO's. They file your insurance for you and are very helpful. The office staff is friendly.
As far as wait times, I've only had to wait once, for a while, and it was because she had to squeeze in an emergency patient. Other than that, you get taken back and seen in a hurry, which is nice when you are feeling horrible and want to get it over with and get home. This is a really great Dr.
