Admittedly, I've never bought a watch there before; however, I brought my watch there to get repaired and I could not even get an estimate for nearly a month (and counting). I called three times to get an estimate, and each time, invariably, I get very curt answers in different variations of ""I'll call you back."" When they do call back, it's to inform me that they'll have to call back ""at the end of the week."" But I never get the call back. Frankly I'm just tired of them treating me this way. Perhaps buying experience will be different since they'll make more money selling a watch than repairing a watch - but after this repair experience I won't be going back there to buy anything.
