I was told by a volunteer at the Pharr City's Dog Pound places 30% of the dogs caught in the pound to be placed in homes AND that 70% are thrown in the Gas Chambers, Sick or Not, makes no difference. Can Any Body Do Something to Help Them Stop the Mass Killings of Unfortunate Innocent Dogs and Cats? If this can be done, please, make it like yesterday? more
