I've been a patient of Reston Sunrise Dentistry for over 4 years now, the care and services provided by all the staff members are phenomenal. I especially enjoy how reasonable their prices are. I also enjoy the consultation and estimate given before each treatment is performed. Dr. Hanah Pham is very dedicated to her craft as well as her entire staff, she makes getting dental work done as painless as possible. l have had so much anxiety in the past about going to the dentist that I tended to just avoid it altogether. I tried multiple practices and had not found one sensitive to my anxieties and needs. I wanted to get cavities filled and my teeth straightened, but I would faint upon seeing a needle or smelling latex. Reston Sunrise Dentistry was the answer! I have had dental issues all my life. Needless to say going to the dentist wasn’t my favorite activity. I have a lot of anxiety about dentist and dental appointments. I have gone to other dental office's where they only care about getting you in and out as quickly as possible, never worrying about whether you are in pain or not. I found Reston Sunrise Dentistry through The Shepherds Guide. Immediately felt comfortable with my choice. I was greeted warmly with a genuine smile and felt like I was visiting a friend rather than a dental appointment. The dental work required was extensive and Dr. Pham patiently explained what was needed,how it would be done,answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable through out the entire process. A portion of the work was a tooth extraction and a flipper. It was amazing how Dr. Pham matched the temporary flipper to the exact color of my natural teeth. I am so GRATEFUL to have found Reston Sunrise Dentistry! . Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was force to find an HMO provider. It was a disappointing experience and the quality care provided did not compare to what I had received at Reston Sunrise Dentistry. By the grace of God I found a better job with better Insurance. I vowed to return to Dr. Hanah Pham, but first I wrestled with the embarrassment that I had let all of Dr. Pham's hard work become worse that when I first visited. I finally made the appointment. Much to my delight,they remembered me ,greeted me warmly-with out any judgmental comments Dr. Pham started over with the dental work needed. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Pham. I have a patient of Dr.Hanah Pham at Reston Sunrise Dentistry for many years. Dr. Pham has been great about addressing my questions,concerns and educating me on best practices in dental care. She, and the rest of her staff are always welcoming and proactive about my concerns. I feel confident that the care is top notch and I appreciate their focus on preventative care. For example my husband had been complaining about me grinding that I was concern about my teeth grinding at night. Dr. Pham had me fitted right away for a night guard so that I wouldn't cause any more damage to my teeth due to grinding at night. I never thought I would ever rate a dentist 5/5 because of horrible experiences I've had in the past. The great attitude of the staff when i walk in to the office already makes me feel like the rest of the dental appointment will go well!On my first visit Dr.Pham talked to me about what is going on in detail, and answered my questions while not making me feel bad for not seeing a dentist for over 4 years. I do not have a strong fear but i am a little anxious sometimes, and Dr.Pham's reassurance makes me wanna keep coming back. Due to the hard work done by Dr.Pham, my dental fear has dramatically gone down. I can come to my appointments more willingly and in a better mood.
