Where you do you think all these dogs come from? A puppy mill! Not a single one of those puppies comes from a reputable breeder. They come from awful living conditions where they are overbred and overcrowded. The puppies they don't sell end up back at the breeders to spend the rest of their lives in little cages breeding until they die or are k*ll$# because they can't produce anymore babies.
