This tiny corner donut shop knows how to make donuts, and muffins, and donut holes, etc!!! They only have outdoor seating, but hey this is California! The line can go around the corner on a Sunday morning after church, but wow, the wait isn't long and it is well worth it. I love their jumbo chocolate muffins, they are soooo good! I have since moved from Escondido, and every time I get a donut or a muffin, I wonder what is wrong with all these other places that they just can't compare to Peterson's. Please give them a try, you won't be disappointed, and believe me, you will become a regular customer! Anyone willing to send me a care package, let me know!!!
