Peters Construction Group built a second floor extension on my house. my wife and I could not be happier. Robert Peters along with his staff could not have been more helpful and professional during the project. I highly recommend this company. more

Horrible Contractor 2/10/2012

We used Peters Construction for our house in Fresh Meadows. We had extensive construction work done, well over 100K. Robert Peters is great initially, until you get deep into the project and he realizes his profit margins arent where they should be. Then he slows things down drastically and doesnt finish the work. He has left us and several other homeowners with unfinished houses after we all paid him well over 100K. Avoid him at all costs. Not surprised he had his license suspended at all... more

An extremely happy customer 1/29/2012

We hired Peters Construction Group because we have seen a lot of projects he does in our neighborhood in fresh meadows, Queens. After speaking to several past customers we were confident in his ability to do our extension. Mr. Peters was very knowledgable about the NYC dept. of buildings and had no trouble obtaining our permits. He and his men were very friendly and professional. My husband and I could not be more pleased with the finished work that was done. We would highly recommend mr. Peters to anyone who is looking to take on a home renovation. more

Review of Peters Construction 1/10/2012

This contractor had their license suspended in 2007 by the Department of Consumer Affairs for improper practices. You can contact NYC Dept of Consumer Affairs for detailed info. They were forced to pay back the entire cost of the construction and pay the homeowner to have the construction fixed by a different contractor. All the information is contained in the case document, available on the web. more
