Worst

I don't know what it is, but this is the most run down Petco ever, with some of the crabbiest employees there are. Every time I go, I swear I'm not going back.

Worst Treatment Ever - Unethical 10/13/2009

Petco did not wash the underside of my dog. There was still flea feces and blood on her. She was still infested with fleas. Petco refused to give her another bath or even refund part of my payment. more

Crappy service 1/20/2009

I went there and i forgot my coupon wouldn't give me another one ,i was waiting to get ring up the employees couldn't care less one walk by didn't help me.i would never shop there service sucks .I'd rather go pet supply where the service is great. more

Grooming? 10/20/2008

Took my dog to grooming at Petco HB and the first 2 times were great. Then the 3rd time they had shaved her too close and she got a razor burn in an a small area. I called to report it and they denied it. Never used the grooming since. Petco is close to home so we do shop there for pet supplies. more
