Cam ere to look for fish and found a lot of amazing ones. Most of the tanks were stocked I ended up buying some tiger barbs. The associates were very helpful in answering questions we had about our tank and the fish themselves. more

Staff is marginal! 7/16/2009

The facility is OK but the inattentive staff should be replaced by people needing a job! If you can't find something, they know its location but finding someone to ask for assistance can take awhile. It's quicker to go elsewhere. more

Check up 10/26/2008

My cat had a little cold and They did a great job. I forgot who is the doctor there but she was great. I only paid for the visit. And they were honestly to say nothings wrong with my cat, just allergy. Most vet would make up and story just to make more money to jack you up.\r But this one, They were great.\r \r Thank you Petco more

Poorly trained staff 6/20/2008

Not impressed with the employees here. I had trouble just entering the store because several were outside talking to a friend with a motorbike stopped right outside the door -- blocking the way. They didn't much care we were trying to get through to shop. Then once in the store, couldn't find anyone to help me (wonder why!). There was a huge spill in one aisle; when I finally found someone to report it to, she acknowledged she knew about it, and laughed, and indicated that it would be cleaned up...then she went back to gossiping with her friend, instead of actually cleaning it up.... I won't be back. more

terrible grooming service 11/2/2007

I brought my dog in for grooming, and maybe it's because the staff was over-worked and tired, but i've never experienced such terrible and rude service. i asked how much it would cost, the woman responded with a loud sigh, and she wouldn't give me a strait answer. she said it would depend on how well my dog handled the grooming. geez, have a price list! this is no way to do business. more

I was about to bring my newly adopted dog there for grooming, but when the staff talked to me rude and with an attitude, I realized i didn't want their hands near my pooch. This place is terrible. more

Never coming to this Petco for grooming service. If they treat humans as bad, they probably treat the pets worse! The staff member I talked to was extremely rude and abrupt. No manners. more

It's an ok place and has a good heart. 9/15/2006

Never noticed that it smelled. Pets are welcome. Need more employees to help you find stuff, but the employees are nice when you find them. The Corp. sends a lot of money, food and items to help in animal disasters. That means a lot to me. During Katrina, the Mgr.gave me 50% off on items so I could send stuff.They don't sell dogs or cats. They have a cat adoption service that comes in with cats. Never have seen dogs. U can watch the grooming thru large glass, so u know what is going on. Have never used their services. PROS: Please see above. CONS: Often out of items u want/need. Understaffed. more

Good location, easy to get to but a bit messy. The smell is to be expected in every pet store, but admittedly, some pet stores deal with it much better than this one. My dog likes it. That counts towards osmething, right? more

This store stinks 3/4/2005

I hate this store. If the smell doesn't get you, the clutter and general disarray will. So much junk everywhere. The only really wonderful thing about this store is the very cool, bigger than life aquarium. But its still not worth shopping at this mess of a store. more

Stay away from this Petco! 5/19/2002

I love the selection at this Petco, but the staff is just RUDE! I recall standing in a line 20 people deep and they didnt even bother to open another register or call for back-up. When I got to the cashire, I didn't get so much as a ""thanks for waiting"" or even and ""hello"" or ""thank you"" for crying out loud! Not a word was uttered, not even my total! Another time at this Petco, I needed help getting a litter box down from a high shelf. I found an employee shopping for herself in the store. When I asked her to help me, she told me she worked in the grooming department and that she couldnt help me! She got on the intercom and requested help for me, but no one ever came! This is no way to run a pet store. Pros: nice selction, great deals, can use petco card Cons: rude staff, long lines, poor cust. service more

A little smelly... 5/15/2002

I like this Petco, but there really is an odd smell to it. The Vetco seems really clean though. This location provides everything every other Petco provides, but the staff here was not as friendly as most. There's another Petco in Glendale with a much friendlier staff and a 'cleaner' feel. more

There's a Vetco adjacent, and the staff there is great. Convenient appointments and clean examining rooms. Petco has everything I need for kitty. more
