I had my Shepard groomed at the Petco on 2nd Ave in El Cajon Sunday 9/26/2010 by Crystal. She was terrific!. He needed a flea bath BAD. She actually accomodated me. She rearranged her schedule to meet mine. She was knowledgeable and a lot of help. I will most certainly go there on a regular basis to have my dogs groomed again. No doubt about it. more

Pet Supplies 7/30/2005

My family usually shops at PetSmart but we do really enjoy the selection of treats Petco has to offer. It's almost like an adult buffet! You can pick up a bag and select the treats you want a la cart!! It's really cool and a good way to one see if you're dog likes a certain treat and two reward your dog. The price is determined by the weight and it's really reasonable compared to the boxed treats you may purchase AND it's more of a variety!! They also have a really great selection of toys. Their prices overall are a little higher than PetSmart but the staff is friendly and knowledgable. more

this is a good place to go for pet items and supplies.nice large section of items to choose from.i would say stop in if you happen to be in the neighborhood. more

the fish die 6/4/2005

They are a good place to get general pet supplies. Do not buy fish here because they tend to die within a week of getting them unless you are buying them just to feed to something bigger. They seem to have a little of everything. more
