Pet-Go-Round

My husband and I purhased a puppy from Pet-go-round. A few months later my husband deployed and the puppy got sick. I brought him back and forth to the doc every week for awhile, until they told me that he had stomach problems and that these problems were from inbreeding!!!! I have to have our boxer put down one month after his first birthday, and I happened to be 5 months pregnant at the time. This broke my heart, all the while my husband was deployed. I left messages at the store time and time again with no responce. I finally gave up when I had to go on bedrest because of complications during my pregnancy. When my husband got home a few months later he tried contacting the store and they basically told him that it was not there problem that they sold us a sick dog, that they were not going to cover any medical bills and we were NOT getting a new dog. These people are RUDE, the owner is for lack of a better word, and ass hole. All these people care about is money and thats it. They don't care about the dogs, the condition they give them to you in and where they come from.. Save your self the heartache and buy your dog from someone who actually gives a shit!!! DO NOT BUY A DOG FROM THEM!!!!!!!! more

I have gotten several dogs from Pet-Go-Round. Each time I go there my experience gets better and better. The staff is well trained and very knowledgeable. The new shoppers charge that they have recently implemented to their business makes it even easier to qualify for financing. I highly recommend this pet store to anyone looking to take a pet home. The establishment is very clean and well maintained. The ventilation system is so advanced that there is absolutely zero smell of animals. 5 STARS. Brian A. more

Write your review here. i would have to disagree with Jamie's opinion. Pet-Go-Round is a very nice place and sets itself apart from all the other pet stores. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are willing to help with whatever is ask of them and take very good care of the animals in the store. I have been going to this pet store since I moved here in 1995. The store backs up their policies and takes the best care possible of their animals and customers. They are always willing to improve and are concerned about their customers and animals wellbeing at all times. They have the best kennel system in the area and you can go in there and it doesn't even smell. They have the largest selection of puppies in the area. The puppies are always happy and playing. Don't believe me but check it out yourself before taking someone you don't knows advice. I think you will be very pleased by what you see. I think they are great. more

The staff at Pet-Go-Round are friendly and helpful, and for that reason I'll give them three stars. However, as cute as those puppies in the cages may be, they're all puppy mill puppies shipped in from the midwest (Minnesota, to be exact). Instead of buying your dog here, I'd highly recommend finding a reputable breeder (or, better yet, adopting from a shelter!). They only carry the very basics in animal supplies; however, it is a fun store to look around in. Prices are fairly high compared to other pet stores in the area, but I'm sure that has to do with the store's location in Pembroke Mall. To sum it all up, this is a fun place to look around in, but if possible do your shopping someplace else. more
