Not impressed and wonder how my dogs were treated? They did not get any of the meds & vitamins that I gave instructions for them to receive. The meds were in the same bag as their toys and wonder if they even got their toys? Also, I specifically gave them instructions that my one dog just had leg surgery and is still restricted with movement & should not be around the rest of the dogs and he came home with a scratch on his nose!!!! Unfortunately, they seem to not have enough staff! I would not feel comfortable taking my dogs back there! more

I know my dog is in good hands whenever I have to leave out of town. No worries whatsoever because I only board with Pet Lodge! more

We are so impressed with your facility! Having boarded our animals for years in a variety of places, yours far exceeds others we have ever used. Our dogs are happy, healthy, and they adjust easier to being home. They use to return home sort of skittish. more
