Best pet store in Jacksonville. Staff is very knowledgeable in all areas. I have a blue and gold macaque Kim is the only one I allow to do his grooming. If she doesn't have an item she will happily order it for you. The price of her Bird feed is cheaper than the big box stores. And fresher. I have known Kim for several years and I would rather spend my money at a small town. store where I know I will get treated like an old friend than just a dollar bill. Highly recommended. more

I was in your store sat morning for about 45 mins and no one even asked me if i needed any help....then i over herd the lady at the reg talking to someone in the store i guess it was another customer of hers and the lies she told to get them to buy something.....when i got home i looked online about your store and seen this post............ more

how many different people do u need to lie to!! please explain to me how is it a product is one price and an hour later it has gone up!! and if you need to lie to someone to make a sale be sure you no whom you are dealing with kim!! you should be ashamed of yourself.and please the one guy that you have in there trying to be a salesman needs to take a shower and i would advise that he only smokes at home!! that stuff is very potent! you say you have the cheapest prices in town, well obviously you dont get out much. your prces are redicously high and i sure as heck did not like having to wait in line for over 15 minutes while you were lying to another customer over the phone just to get them to come down there! over all your buisness sucks and you need to have people in there that wants to help customers instead of yapping on the phone!!! more

Huge slection of salt water and fresh water fish.lots of deco for your aquarium. very helpful staff. helped me with everything i needed.huge slection of dog toys that you don't see in the big box stores. can't wait till i can go pick out fish for my new tank. more

Went in with a problem with my bird.they answered all my questions.had a lot toys that i havn't seen before any where else.very nice staff very friendly.great prices. and a great place to shop more

I just took my kids to Pet Creations and we all had a wonderful time!! They had the cutest horse and goat out front and so many different kinds of animals i've never seen before. Everyone was so helpful and answered every question we had. The store was very clean and i would recomend it to anyone. more

Called first to see if they had the specific item; I spelled it and said no substitutes. Lady on the phone checked and said yes, we have it. I drove 42 minutes to get there. They didn't have it. Took 15 minutes to get someone to help me, they all stood around talking. The store is in an old building but it wasn't filthy, just old. Their prices seemed high for the few products I knew prices from other pet stores. Finally this guy TJ came in the back door and was a HUGE help. Very polite and immediately asked if he could help me. He found a similar product, it was 12 capsules for $12.99. Same thing online, free shipping, 100 capsules for $18.99. Well, at FIVE TIMES THE PRICE, don't believe I will be supporting the local economy this time. more

dirty, rude, dogs kept in fish tanks,dead fish in 75% of the tanks, reef has flat worms, damsel tank has a lion fish in it. I will never go here again 10/21/10 more

We had 4 tropical fish that were eating the fins off of our other fish and they helped us out. Everything was great it was clean and most of all of the animals in there were well taken care of and the people we just extremely friendly to us. I would recommend them to anyone needing any help with your pets. Pros: the help was great they were so nice and friendly more
