I can't think of one single thing Personal Auto Care Services Center Inc needs to change because they are just that good! I always am recommending them to my friends and family.

Worst

They tried to take advantage of my daughter who brough her car here for a flat repair. When she told me the price, I directed her to another repair shop in order to saver her $47....

Consistent honest service. That is why I have chosen Personal Auto Care for my repair and maintenance needs all of these years. They don't mess around here they get right to the point of what needs to be done and give you options if something needs to be repaired. They have taken care of everything from a labor intensive clutch replacement to oil changes and a radiator flush. Very satisfied with them and their work. more

Personal Auto care is the shop I take my car to regularly. When I was involved in an accident Joe was nice enough to wait after hours until my car got to the shop and then drove home. Now that is what I call excellent service. more

Efficient, Professional, & Friendly Service 5/2/2012

Personal Auto Care in Middletown, a AAA-affiliate, helped me out very much yesterday. I called AAA about a flat tire and Mike Fitzpatrick was there even before the AAA estimated arrival time. I only waited about half an hour from the call to his arrival. He was efficient in his work and also clearly knowledgeable, professional and friendly, traits not found in many young men these days. Once the tire change was complete, he checked the pressure on the other tires and when he noticed my jumper cables he offered a quick safety lesson on how to properly jump a hybrid car. If I lived near Middletown I would definitely bring my car to Personal Auto Care based on yesterday's experience. more

TERRIBLE..STAY AWAY! 3/20/2012

They tried to take advantage of my daughter who brough her car here for a flat repair. When she told me the price, I directed her to another repair shop in order to saver her $47. They had just brought her vehicle in and had on the lift and I told them to stop. They responded by cracking her passenger side mirror, smearing the windshield and cup holders with grease and throwing her keys at her. This place is as bad as it gets! more

The biggest reason why I've been going to Personal Auto Care for almost 4 years is because they are always straightforward with me, their pricing is very reasonable and their customer services is excellent! Over the years they have done general car maintenance to major repair work. I've always been beyond satisfied with the quality of repair work done and that why I would never leave them.
