Garbage Disposal Replacement 10/23/2017

Very pleased with the service. Hector, the serviceman was very polite, provided quality work, was competent and arrived right on time for the appointment. Was impressed that he called that morning to tell me he was on his way! My family has been using Perry Plumbing for the past 20 years and have always been highly satisfied with their work, but the only negative I can comment on this time is the pricing. It seemed to be quite high for a garbage disposal replacement even with the discount. more

Perry Plumbing has never disappointed when they have come to our house for various reasons! Today they serviced my AC Units and also repaired one of them. In the past they installed a tankless water heater for us and also 2 times we had a pipe burst under our cement slab. Each time they did an excellent job! We have also called on them for a rental unit we manage. Everyone we have ever dealt with has been professional, friendly, and very knowledgable. That is everyone from the person who answers the phone to the person who comes to your home! Highly recommend anytime! Oh, and their prices are very competitive! more

Mr. Ortez was very polite and professional during his visit to my home, and I appreciate the work that he did for me. Prior to entering the house he put on his booties in order not to damage the carpet. He came in and did what I consider a very good job, and when the job was completed, he explained everything to me as it relate to a call back, There no mess left or made. This I appreciated, and don't believe that I will need to make a call back "Call" to Jasmine, the Customer Service Representative. . . Thank you - Gene B more

Toilet Repair 6/9/2017

I have been using Perry Plumbing for years and have always received excellent service. This time, the plumber, Hector arrived in a timely manner. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He examined the leak at the base of my toilet and explained possible causes and remedies. In less than an hour, he had the toilet running like new. Many thanks. more

Invoice 100278854 Install total of 3 customer provided grab bars 6/9/2017

I called to request this work at the last minute knowing that i would be out of town for a while. Fortunately, Perry Plumbing was able to schedule the work for the same day I called. Thank you!! Nate arrived on time. A company rep called to say he was on his way. Nate's excellent work will serve us well. He was careful to be certain the grab bars were well secured to the 2x8 support behind the tile. His drilling did not break any tiles. Awesome job!! more

Jasmine and gillettle were fantastic and amazing they help me coordinate and get what needed to be done done amazing ladies there... The tech was great and was in and out of there in no thime ... I want to thank everyone at Perry Plumbing for a job well done. Everyone I talked to was so nice. The plumber they went to my house arrived earlier than expected, which was great. He was very nice and polite. He fixed by water pressure in a jiffy. No problems since. Thanks again for a job well done. more

JOB WELL DONE 10/25/2016

Replacement of bathroom faucet plus under the sink plumbing and stop valves. A very difficult task to remove the old one to start with. [I tried myself and had to call for help]. Danny worked tirelessly and continuously until completed. Can't find a flaw. Completely satisfied. more

Extremely pleased with the service that Perry Plumbing Co provided. The technicion, Fernando, was an A1 professional. He was knowledgable and took the time to answer any questions that I had. He was prompt and seemed to take pride in his knowledge and personal appearance. He would never enter our home without "booties" over his shoes. I certainly will use Perry Plumbing in the future, and will be pleased to recommend them to my friends, should the need arrive. more

Joel from perry plumbing did an excellent job 6/6/2016

Our kitchen sink was clogged over the long weekend, tried a few simple methods and none worked. When Joel came he showed great understanding of my frustration, quick into action and solved the problem. He even explained the pipe structure and gave tips for future prevention. Overall the service was a great experience, highly recommended. more

Exceptional Service Company 11/20/2015

It's a rare event these days when you can find a company that not only can answer their own phone without being assisted by a phone tree, but are very professional and actually communicate with you about where you are with their services. Perry Plumbing is on top of it all the way and if I should need more work done I won't hesitate to call them again. more
