Performance Out Performed Our Expectations 12/31/2012

We had two consecutive experiences with Performance Subaru where Deborah Marable showed unbelievable customer service. The first was the night we purchased the car, we drove 90 miles from our home after agreeing to the terms provided by Anna Latta the sales manager. When we got there we were told that we would have to come back the next day to close the deal. Deborah Marable stepped in worked with us and the finance manager and had us in our new car headed home. A week later we came to complete some paperwork and get some service done, again we were told we've have to come back the next day. Deborah again stepped in, got us a loaner, got our car serviced the next day then had a driver bring us our car. She was amazing!! We've made performance home for car buying and Deborah Marable made that happen. Like any company the kind of people you have is the difference maker, and performance out performed our expectations and won our business. more

I have been going to Performance Subaru for service since moving to Chapel Hill four years ago, and find their service department exceptional. My subaru has been serviced numerous times and the quality of workmanship, and pricing has been the best.David and Gus who have been my service advisors have always given great customer service and follow up. I highly recommend performance to all my friends. more

new car experience 10/19/2012

went in to take a look at a new outback - never owned a subaru. I tend to keep a car 8-12 years, I have to get a good deal and not be pressured into something I won't like... the staff was VERY professional and accommodating, and, as picky as I am - they worked with me - let me test drive, back to back, a few models... and I finally made up my mind... during the buying process, they explained the options for extended maintenance and repairs, did not pressure me into buying any, but showed me what was available. Because of that low pressure sales pitch, I did opt for a maintenance plan (I can change timing belts in a VW TDI as an example, so I am quite capable)... but with the value of the service prepaid, it only made sense so I don't have to bother. Nice! can't comment on the service department, but everyone there was nice, friendly, asked if I had questions. Thanks for a great buying experience.... based on this, my next vehicle is going to be a subaru! more

Great Service at Performance Subaru 5/27/2011

My experience at Performance Subaru has been like none other! This was my first time at Performance Subaru's service center per the recommendation of one of my friends. I found Tom, the Subaru service advisor I worked with, to be extremely helpful and friendly. He was happy to help me determine what services I needed done that day on my 2008 Outback. My car was serviced very quickly and was clean whenever I got it back. This has been the smoothest experience I have ever had at service center...I could tell that the people at Performance Subaru knew what they were talking about when it came to Subarus and truly had a passion for the Subaru brand! I look forward to taking my Subaru back to Performance Subaru from now on! more

I wanted to take a minute to thank Patricia Fradenburg at Performance BMW.  Patrica has been my service advisor for the entire time I've had my BMW and she makes the experience easy.  She always acts like I'm the only customer there.  I've previously used another BMW service center in Raleigh, but I'm glad I found Performance BMW.  It's close to where I work and as long as Patrica's there, I'll always be back! Crappy Service 3/9/2009

I told him he better do something about that because I was not going to pay over $1000 for anything. The gave me a "discount" down to $980 but I am still not satisfide when you name a price you are supose to stick to it. more
