Bought two cars there and staff are courteous. Service is highly variable in quality though staff are almost always friendly and helpful. Sometimes, however, it took 2-3 tries to get things right. Don't rely on the fact that it says fluids were checked, tires were rotated and pressure checked, etc., always check yourself. Also, if waiting for the car, sometimes the wash is so backed up it's not worth waiting 30-45 minutes extra to get a sloppy car wash. Overall, better than many dealerships but it ain't prime time, baby, when you compare to Mercedes dealerships. Oddly, my wife recently got a call from Performance to say the manager had seen her car while it was in for service and wanted to offer a great trade in. Meanwhile my wife had forgotten to bring in the car, so there was no way they saw it during service.
