Perfection Towing

Company is a scam, picked up my car and drove it 2 exits passed where we wanted it taken, then forced us to pay 80 bucks. That's alot for something something like 6 or 7 miles. more

Last evening on the MassPike with heavy traffic heading into Boston - Perfection Towing flatbed traveling at 90 mph weaving in out of traffic, tailgaiting, cutting cars off, causing cars to brake fast, etc... all to pull into rest area for gas...unbelievable. Reported to state police, completely indifferent - didn't realize at the the time they were in their back pocket? What a joke!!! more

I have not had any professional relationship with this company. I was driving down the Mass Pike today April 13, 2010 around 4:00 PM to see this person storming past me going about 85-90 MPH in the right-most (slow) lane. as the flatbed drew closer to another car, the driver began to weave in and out of traffic at that speed, often making scarily close calls. I have no idea how big this company is, if it is multiple trucks/drivers: teach your drivers not to drive dangerously while driving in a giant billboard for your company. Was picked up by a tow rep while broken down on the pike. The tow truck driver said he would meet us at Sears in the natick mall. Well we waitied for a half hour inside of sears auto with no sight or word from the tow company. When we called they said his driver was there and waited for 10 minutes. No one including the sears workers ever saw a tow truck and we left the scene before him so there was no way we missed him. When I told the rep that no one ever came they said they could repair the tire at their shop in water town. I told him I had no way out there way and he then asked if I was a regular triple A member. When I told him I was he said I could pay for the milage to drive it back which was over an hour and a half from where we were! I told him to hold onto the car and I would contact a lawyer to resolve this since no one ever brought the car and they are looking to scam me for some extra loot. I was broken down on the side of the road with my young daughter in the car. I called AAA but they were on at least an hour wait ~ and Perfection Towing pulled up asked if I needed a tow I said I did and he cleaned off his seat so I could buckle my baby seat in and he was very courteous and professional ~ my cell was dying and beeping and he offered his phone for me to use! I think everyone has bad days, don't let them make up your minds... Cons: A little dingy but it is a service station!!!! more

I saw these negative reviews and just wanted to say that I had a very good experience with this company. I had a truck break down on a weekend afternoon. Their response was immediate and much less expensive than others I contacted. I found them to be courteous and professional. more

Our car ran out of gas on the Mass Pike. The MTA pushed us to the side and sent a truck to give us some gas. While we were waiting Perfection Towing showed up and asked us if we needed a tow. We said no, and that we were waiting for a gas truck. The man then said he was the guy sent to give us the gas but he didn't have gas and could only give us a tow. We said no. He then radioed in to MTA and told them we didn't need the gas anymore! We still said no, and then he radioed into the state police, threatening to have us arrested and forcibly towed. He said he'd give us a break and tow us before the cops got there, even though he had called them and we hadn't done anything wrong! In the end, our friend brought us some gas. Beware of Perfection towing and their terrible attempts to rip you off. Pros: the attempt to rip us off was so apparant it was hilarious Cons: trying to rip us off, canceling the MTA's free gas service, threatening to have us arrested more

Perfection Towing has NOTHING to do with there name!!!!! They LIE!!!!! I hope people read this before they decide to use them for ANYTHING!!!!! Cons: yes more

When some gentleman- a term used loosely- stopped and offered to help me with my car, I politely declined (AAA was already on the way). The driver got nasty and started using inappropriate language, calling me a snob. I was quite thankful when the AAA guy showed up shortly afterwards and the Perfection guy skulked off.
