We have an ongoing issue with tree roots causing a blockage in our waste system. I have been dealing with the issue and servicemen for over 10 years and Tim is the first serviceman to thoroughly help us out and properly clear the issue! We had the blower motor go out in the early morning hours and we called Perfect Air's 24 hr service number. The service dept was very polite and helpful scheduling a repairman. Our repairman was Todd B., he was very professional and informative with what had to be done to repair our furnance. We were very happy with his work and how he conducted himself. I have used Perfect Home Services twice this year, once for a completely blocked main sewer pipe, and just recently for installation of a new furnace, air conditioning system, and replacement of the fiberglass ductwork in the attic for the upstairs ducts. In the first case, they brought in a camera and saw a mountain of tree roots. Then they brought in a hydrojetter that cuts the roots with a 3000 psi jet of water. It cleared out in less than an hour and saved me a ton of money from not having to dig up the sewer pipe. They were very honest and fair and did a super job on short notice. Secondly I wanted more insulation in my attic, but my ductwork up there had started to disintegrate. PHS recommended that I also replace the very old furnace and air conditioner. They did the whole job in one day, and followed up to make sure that it was all perfect. The product, Trane, is first-class and such an improvement that we don't regret a single penny spent. And the technicians are all first-class too. more

Jason T came out for a routine check and clean of our AC and Furnace. Took extra time to make sure nothing was missed. Then unlike any other technician we have had out here spent extra time to level our AC unit which we had requested before but was pretty much told to do ourselves. We didn't even have to bring it up to him. Excellent service! more

From the time that we realized we needed a new water heater to the time that our tankless system was in place, Kirk and Perfect Home were supremely fast. Kirk was able to visit my home on Monday to provide an estimate, and by Thursday we had our new water heater in place, The transaction couldn't have been quicker or easier. Kirk from Perfect Home Services did a great job replacing some pipes on a very old and less-than-ideal bathroom sink that was clogged and leaking. He gave us 5 possible repair options at various price points and discussed the potential problems when working on such old fixtures. Fortunately everything went well and no additional issues arose. The cost (based on the job, not hourly) is probably comparable to other companies, if perhaps slightly on the high side, but Kirk was professional and thorough in his work which comes with a 90-day guarantee. Time will tell how well the work holds up under use but so far I have no problem recommending Kirk or Perfect Home Services. more

Jason T showed up on time when promised, (he gave me a 30 min warning, which was great), and he completed "reason for the call" and "action taken" sections in much detail. He explained what he was going to do, and explained to me the actions taken at the end of his service call. I also got a follow up phone call from management asking how the service was. more

Perfect Home Services sent a technician to my house the same day. I had another well known company come out to evaluate, and without even looking at the unit they said it needed to be repaired. I am in construction so I am not easily led. Perfect Home had come out to clear the drains after the flood, and did such a great job that I decided to call them for a second opinion. Paul was outstanding. He actually looked at the unit (!!) and gave me several alternatives from which to choose. He was very informative, extremely nice, and assisted me in making other arrangements in order for me to make an informed decision. He answered all my questions. I did not tell him I was a Project Manager for a general contractor, so he explained the damage to the unit in laymen's terms without being condescending. He didn't rush me, understanding that the decisions I had to make were difficult ones. I felt like I was given the facts, and they weren't skewed in order for their company to make a sale. Finding a company you can trust is extremely difficult, but based on the experience I have had with Perfect Plumbing and their representatives, I have found an HVAC/plumbing contractor...it was only too bad they didn't work on washers and dryers, too! Truly an outstanding experience, if you forget about the flood that created it. more
