I visited this store on January 6th 2013 to exchange my phone case because the rubber was very loose (was a christmas gift) and did not fit. Before I could even explain why I was there the ""manger"" was rude as soon as he opened his mouth and said you didn't buy that here I don't carry those. I had proof on my checking account that I did buy it there & he went on being loud and rude when speaking to me I told him forget it give me my phone case that I would be calling the owner and the BBB FOR HIS HORRIABLE customer service and bad merchandise! When passing back by he was on the phone bad mouthing me to the owner and the mall security! I walked up said excuse me sir but if you want to talk badly about me then at least too do it while I stand here and I would like to talk to your owner! He refused to give me the name and number and kept telling me the receipt says you have 7 days he then printed a recipt to show me ha ha it said no such thing because he would'nt let me see it & just kept saying why did U wait 2 weeks! Not that it was his business but I figured I would inform him that my Intire family has been ill with the flu did he expect me to bring it to him and I also live 30+ miles from this location! He stated he didn't care he lived an hour away!!! WOW!!!!! Since he had no intentions to help a paying customer and he continued to belittle me infront of everyone I let him know not only will I be contacting BBB and the otter box company also the Springfield news and sun! As I was walking away his tone pushed me too far and I added very loudly to everyone not to shop at this store because they didn't know the first thing about custome service! ""Mall security frowned apon this and yelled at me and I smiled really big and said sorry sir up to this point I have done nothing but be kind understanding and non rude the security office said he understood and that he would get back with me he was going to try to work it out"" his version of working this out god bless him was that I had to apologize for my actions and they would replace the item (the item that was a gift w proof of purchase from my husband)! LOL REALLY!!!!! I told him I didn't mean any disrespect and thanked him for his time but I refuse to apologize for a situation that I didn't cause! The man shouldn't work in the public if he doesn't have common respect or customer service etiquette! DO NOT SHOP HERE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE CHEAP PRODUCTS!!!!!!!! more
