Our waitress ignored us most of the meal, our drinks were empty more than they were full. It wasn't busy so no excuse there. Then to top it off there was a baby roach in my wife's lemonade. I asked for the manager and although he was apologetic he gave the excuse, "well the bar is outside." I explained we didnt have a bar drink. Nothing was done about any of it, the sorry service or the roach. more

Had late lunch. Place was clean & server friendly. Buff shrimp was good. Macadamia dolphin was really yummy. Pretty gud value. I'd like to go bak and try another dish. more

Showed up five minutes before the posted opening time (5P) and got a dirty look from waitstaff standing inside. As more staff arrived, they were quickly ushered in an the door was locked behind them. Is it asking too much to be shown the simple courtesy of being told, "sorry, we're not open yet.". We left. more

Everything was SO mediocre. The fried zucchini was just a plate full of batter - as was my entree and the slaw and vegetables were disgusting. They market the $10 deal but it's not worth it. A frozen dinner from the grocery store is a better use of your money and time. more

Pep's has been there for years, and for years, the food stinks, the service gets worse each visit. We ordered several appetizers, none have "normal" dipping sauces, they "don't carry them" No ranch, blue cheese, etc... We ordered 2 soft shell crabs, both on the same plate, one, looked an tasted fresh, the other looked bad, tasted bad, and even smelled foul, the crab was black. So we asked to replace the one crab, and the manager told us the owner refuses. What the hell is that? The bartender and the manager agreed with us, and both apologized, and were actually embarrassed because of the owner's actions. So, eat there at your OWN RISK, and realize the owner shouldn't be in the service industry, and certainly shouldn't be serving food....We'll never go back, and we're telling everyone we know in town.... more
