Donnie was very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the time he took to show me the all the features my vehicle has.

Worst

We have purchased one used vehicle from them and it will probably be the last. We felt very pressured from the sales staff and it was not a pleasant experience.

Moved business 9/24/2014

This review pertains to the service department. I have a 2014 Chevy Cruz. While I love this vehicle there are some minor warranty issues that needed to be addressed. Upon reading some of the reviews I decided to try This dealership. I was promptly given a service advisor who reassured me that parts would be ordered and the service would be completed at no cost. Three weeks went by without hearing any response. I attempted to contact my service advisor without any success. I had left messages and no return telephone calls. The silent game continued for roughly one month before I called in on the generic line. I was passed around like a hot potato and treated like an unwanted account. After leaving a message for the service manager I have now began a telephone tag game with her. This review should not affect the service of their sales department however I feel is adequate to point out the shortcomings of Penske Chevrolet. I would only refer individuals I do not care for to Penske's service department. If their customer service represents the quality of mechanical work I am sure that they would perform accordingly. more

I know this does not pertain to this survey but I have to let someone know that Mike Inman, Bruce Heath, Jerry and Rein in Service are the best. These gentlemen went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. It is employees like this that will keep me coming back to Penske ! Every 5 yrs I purchase a brand new car paid in full and you best believe Penske will keep my business. Thank you more

What really impressed me most about this dealership was the way that the employees worked together as a team. Everyone chipped in to help me, and ultimately found me what I was looking for, and delivered it to me flawlessly at a good price. I was also impressed by the way that they treated me, a new customer, like someone they wanted to keep for the long run. There was a lot of good information given and not a lot of hard selling. By the way, my '09 Silverado is the best truck I have ever owned. more

Jerry really helped me take care of items that needed to be done. They were not the items I came in for. Jerry and Scot will never push services not needed like Estes does - That why I go to Pensky - (I bought the truck at Estes) I will buy my next vehicle at Pensky more

I was very impressed 5/2/2011

My overall experience with Penske Chevrolet was great. I never felt pressured and everyone seemed to go out of their way to be sure I was happy and completely satisfied with my transaction. I was very impressed with the fact that my salesman took me over to the service dept. to show me where I would need to go for oil changes, etc. Mr. Scott (in the service dept.) even took the time to show me the lounge area of the service dept. if I came in and would have to wait on my car and also told me where the drop boxes were for the keys. I can tell that everyone at Penske Chevrolet has be trained very well in making customer service the best possible. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in a heartbeat! Thank you! more

Something extra 4/25/2011

Every time i come into Penske i always feel like they've done something extra. My exterior is cleaner and this time steering seemed tightened-which is great because i came in for an oil change, and the $9.95 deal for that is fantastic. These are the reasons that i always recommend Penske, Thanks. more
