reliable 8/22/2011

Being a super, I always need a locksmith, for instant today, one of the guys in the building lost his keys. The first person he came to was me. I tried but I wasn't able to open his locks because he had changed his locks. I called up Penn Station Lock and the guys there came over in a couple of minutes. I just had to say lock out and they were ready to open the door. No the next few minutes he was inside. I am glad I can rely on them. more

The shutter gates were not coming down when we pulled them. We had to call the locksmith. It only took them about 10 minutes to get to us. When the locksmith came he knew exactly what was the problem, he fixed it right away. Great service. more

I lost the keys to my bike while shopping, luckily I had the number for Penn Station Lock, the dispatcher was very nice over the phone, she took all the information and soon enough I had my bike to ride again. Thanks more

I needed a new installation for a show lock. It was a task finding a locksmith to do the job. Finally I called Penn Station Lock and they were able to do it for me. The locksmith was very smart and knowledgeable and did an excellent job. more

My door lock was broken and I needed it fixed. I called Penn station locksmith. The locksmith came right over and he fixed my broken door lock in a couple of minutes. Great job. more

I very rarely give feedback as I am very rarely 100% pleased, however this company provided me with the best customer service i have received in a long time. I live in NJ and own a flat in Manhattan for investment. I needed someone to act quickly on my behalf. Legal Entry not only telephoned my tenant immediately, they also visited her immediately. They rectified the problem and didn't charge me sky high prices. They also kept me advised throughout the process with regular updates. If you ever need a locksmith in Manhattan this is the firm to call first. more
