Editorial review from Citysearch 10/3/2012

I have seen many dermatologists over the years. Generally, I walk away disappointed that the focus of the practices tend to revolve around spa type cosmetic services instead actual medical care. Appointments are usually overbooked change and almost impossible to schedule. The staff, including the practitioners, usually range from arrogant to rude. However, Ms. Erin Lenza P.A. was the best dermatology professional I have ever seen. She was caring, kind, and listened to my concerns. She reassured me that she would help see me through my issue. I am disappointed to learn that she has left the practice. I wish her the best and highly recommend her. more

Never go back 12/17/2010

Been in twice, and rushed both times through my appoinment. The last time I left without my perscription, and called three times to try get the perscription filled. Just told to have my pharmacy fax them. I tried that without results. I told them I could come by and get the perscription, and was instructed that they wanted the pharmacy to fax them. They have a gate keeper at the front desk, and I would never return. Enough said. more

Different experience 11/3/2010

I had a really different experience. I went to Victoria Heinz and she was great. She listened to us and was very friendly. I have been to see her twice and will absolutely go again. more

don't go to this office 7/25/2010

It's odd that this review will echo the others, wish I had read them before going. Worst office visit I've ever had. Was rushed, not listened to, made to feel dumb. At one point, after explaining the behavior of a certain mole, the ARNP actually said ""so what"". When asked to have her check a white spot on my nose, she said ""you can't even see it"". Assuming my concern is only cosmetic? My father had stage 3 skin cancer. Bad experience from the front desk until I walked out after deciding I'd had enough. Never thought I'd ever do that in any medical office. I've been a health care professional for 14 years, if this is now the standard for health care, I am deeply worried. Pros: zip Cons: not listened to, unprofessional, rushed, rude more

Don't see Lenza!! 3/5/2010

I will never go back! I saw Erin Lenza and was treated completly unprofessionally by her. She was even insulting! She provided none of the information or help I needed. Not once did she ask about my medical history relating to my condition. When I tried to explain my concerns, she didn't listen and just talked over me. Unbelievable! I was seeking care for a skin concern and was already scared. I left feeling worse and with no help. I'm hoping Lenza's level of health care is not the norm in this area and am looking for another provider ASAP. Would not recommend seeing this PA at all. Pros: No wait time (although I found out why) Cons: Unprofessional more

WILL NEVER GO BACK! 7/8/2008

This experience was one I will never forget. Not only do they charge an arm and a leg, but I felt like I didn't matter there and I was rushed through my concerns and questions. Practically I was rushed the whole time I was there. It was a horable experience and I would recommend that no-one goes there because I feel that they are money hungry people that are also stuck up! more
