one of Steve's patients for many years. Would not move dentally without his imput. as for my experience with Lisa, she is outstanding, and I have a mouth full of plaque which she digs out several times a year. more

My Experience 6/14/2011

I had 6 crown lengthenings done by Dr. Peiser and I still cannot believe the level of care and concern and the attention to detail, after hour and weekend phone calls to check up on my healing process, meetings with me and my primary Dentist to co-ordinate my care, etc.. He and his staff are at the top of their game and are up on the latest of everything available in their field. I would highly recommend Dr. Peiser and his staff to anyone in need of Periodontal care. more

You have the the most professional, kind, and caring staff of any that I have encountered. Kathleen is unsurpassed in every regard! I travel from Worcester at the height of the traffic every 3 months and it's well worth the trip. more

My bright smile thanks to Dr. Peiser and Lisa 6/13/2011

I recently had a deep periodontal cleaning by Lisa at Dr. Peiser's immaculate, professional office. As always Lisa worked with great care, mindful of how sensitive my gums are to this procedure, working quickly without sacrificing thoroughness. After my procedure, Dr.Peiser did a check of my gums and teeth and consulted with Lisa as to her findings from my cleaning and discussed with me when i needed to have my x rays updated as well as when i needed my next appointment. I was also given an oral cancer screening and do appreciate that Dr. Peiser makes these types of simple procedures available to his patients. The office staff is always friendly, efficient and helpful and professional! They do set the bar high for any other medical experience. more

I have been seeing Dr. Peiser and his staff for over 15 years and have always been treated with respect and gotten very good care. I have to send out kudos for Kathleen. She has been my hygenist for a year. She is very kind, friendly and makes my vists very pleasant. A very nice addition to your staff. Looking forward to my next visit with Kathleen. Periodontal Maintenance 5/27/2011

My technician was 2nd to none. Very thorough. Every time I go Iam treated with the utmost care. Dr. Peiser is the reason I have all of my teeth. more

unusually disappointed 5/25/2011

Generally, I am very happy with this office and its professionalism. Most recently, I was disappointed that my appointment for a cleaning began about 12 minutes late, even though I arrived before my scheduled time. I feel I should be given the full one hour allotted time. more

I am truly fortunate to have been refered to Dr. Steven Peiser years ago for some extensive and complicated oral surgery. What is so evident at East Side Periodontics is Dr. Peiser confidenly at the helm exuding kindness, good cheer and obvious love for his art, patients and practice. The entire staff at East Side Periodontics are friendly,caring,attentive individuals who have been together for many years which speaks volumes about a great cohesive working environment. Appointments are carefully scheduled and patients are seen promptly. I've really enjoyed the fine expertise and frindship of my dental hygenist Kathleen. It's too bad the work that Dr. Peiser does is largely unseen because his skill is far and away above many others in the same field. It is his dedication to and love of his patients, his moral and ethical compass and his desire to do the right thing that makes his work head and shoulders above the rest. Walking into his office is like becoming a member of the family. Who wouldn't do the very best for their family? more

It's really too bad that no one can see the beautiful grafts that Dr. Peiser has done for me. My regular dentist, Dr. John Romano, who is also gifted in his work, remarks each time on the seamless-ness of Dr. Peiser's work. A Periodontist takes that much pride in something the general public will never see does it because he knows it's the right thing to do and should be admired for his own moral compass, and his artistry. more
